The Vermont Public Health Association supports the education and training of health professionals to ensure a knowledgeable, skilled, and competent public health work force, which is able to carry out public health functions across disciplines throughout the state. Priorities include:

Comprehensive public health educational and training programs for new health professionals in Vermont
Continuing education programs for health professionals who carry out core public health functions
Culturally competent training programs which are accessible, affordable and high quality for health professionals
