Health Access..
The Vermont Public Health Association believes that all Vermont residents should have access to a seamless delivery system of health care and social services. We recognize that some populations face unique barriers to access that can create health disparities. In order to eliminate disparities, VtPHA adheres to the principle that every person, regardless of age, gender, country of origin, race or ethnicity, income, education, geographic location, disability or sexual orientation, deserves equal access to comprehensive, culturally competent, community-based health care systems that are committed to serving the needs of the individual and promoting community health.
