Fiscal Year / Annual Report:

1. The fiscal year of the Association shall run from January 1 to December 31. The Board of Directors shall, at the end of each fiscal year, and following an audit of the Association’s books, prepare an annual report of the Association’s activities and financial status, and distribute copies of the report to all members of the Association.
    
2. The membership year of the Association shall be an annual membership.
