All members of the Board of Directors shall disclose any conflict of interest that may exist with regard to a vote that may be taken by the Board, and shall refrain from voting in any matter where a conflict of interest exists.
No member will be admitted to the Board, who may have a conflict with the Association’s Mission Statement. If an existing conflict is not disclosed, they can be voted off by a vote of two-thirds of the Board.
