The Association may from time to time establish, by vote of the membership or the Board of Directors, committees to study specific public health issues, and report back to the membership with findings and recommendations.
Such committees shall be chaired by a member of the Association appointed by the Board of Directors or its Executive Committee, but may invite presentation of relevant information by non-members at its meetings.
Study committees shall report their findings and recommendations to the full membership for discussion and any subsequent action.
